Cleaning
ROOF/EXTERIOR
The roof restoration process starts with a high pressure clean to remove all built up grime, dirt, mould, oxidisation and debris. Preparing all surfaces for repairing and painting.

Repairs and surface preparation
The next process of roof restoration we repair all damaged areas.
Replacing all broken roof tiles, Resetting all valley tiles, Re-bedding ridge capping, Re-pointing ridge capping, Flashing repairs, sarking repairs, Gap filling, patch work and sanding where needed.

Painting
The final step of a roof restoration starts with a mould surface treatment to make sure no mould returns. We then apply 1 x coat of sealer/primer to the surface desired.
ROOF
Finishing with 2 x coats of a strong long lasting acrylic roofing membrane in the colour and sheen of your choice.
EXTERIOR
Finishing with 2 x coats of a long life exterior paint in the colour and sheen of your choice.
